Privacy notice

This notice explains what Saudi Biz Update collects and why, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, to send the Sunday email.
• Readiness check: your answers and the contact details you enter (name, company, email, phone, country), so that an adviser can contact you about your enquiry.
• WhatsApp: if you message us, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and send what you asked for. Your details are passed to Nishad Abdurahiman's advisory team for that purpose. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@saudibizupdate.com.
